Crescent Industries, a trusted supplier of custom molds and injection-molded products for medical, industrial OEM, and defense industries, recently expanded with a new state-of-the-art facility in New Freedom, Pennsylvania. This 30,000 sq ft facility includes cleanroom space and expanded administrative offices, allowing Crescent to better serve core markets like medical and defense.

Crescent needed a clean, modern railing system to complement the sleek design of their new office space. At the same time, the system had to align with the facility’s cutting-edge design while providing functionality and durability in high-traffic areas. They sought a partner that could deliver an elegant solution on a tight timeline.
Enduring Elegance with CIRCUM™
HDI Railings provided the CIRCUM Round railing system with glass infill. The staircase, a standout feature of the facility, uses an open tread design that creates a sense of lightness and openness. Additionally, by surface-mounting the CIRCUM Round posts directly onto the wooden stair treads, HDI achieved a seamless integration.
This innovative approach not only provides safety and support but also maintains the minimalist, floating feel of the staircase. As a result, HDI’s experienced installation team played a key role in executing this unique design.
Precision Fabrication Meets Seamless Installation
HDI’s expert installers bring extensive experience installing and finishing custom railing systems across diverse construction environments. Notably, the fabrication process took 2.5 weeks, followed by an installation that was completed in under two weeks.
